The Position
We are seeking a skilled financial who is looking to make a second step in their career to join the dynamic finance team of TSS/Topicus.com in Nieuwegein. As the Junior Corporate Controller, you will manage, oversee and contribute to various financial activities within the organisation. You will reports to the Head of Corporate Control and will be part of a team of 10 financials. This position presents numerous growth opportunities within the international organisation.
Some responsibilities:
✓ Quarterly Stock Exchange Reporting: Take charge of collecting & preparing the necessary information for quarterly stock exchange reporting purposes
✓ Statutory Reporting: Take the lead in preparing accurate and timely statutory financial statements that comply with Dutch GAAP
✓ External audit of the Financial Statements: Act as one of the key contacts of the external auditor (Big-4) and responsible for managing and coordinating the audits.
✓ Analytics and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial forecasts of the Holding and the monthly IFRS16 calculations
✓ Executive Meetings: Attend executive-level meetings with the CFO’s and other key stakeholders to discuss the financial performance of the organisation.
✓ Other: Co-responsible for ESG reporting and tax reporting
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field RA/CPA/CA/ACCA certifications are strongly preferred
- Proactive, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good excell skills, experience with Onestream is beneficial
