An international company with presence in the United States and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute related (process) audits, based on COSO framework;
- Prepare reports based upon audit results;
- Create proper audit files according to IIA standards;
- Motivate the audit team, maintain a positive spirit within the team;
- Effectively communicate audit findings with management personnel;
- Be involved in continuous risk assessments and the audit plan;
- Maintain a good long term relation with management.
Type of audits:
Operational audits, IT-audits, Project audits and Compliance audits;
Financial close reviews, Investment/divestment audits, Remuneration audits, Special investigations, Compliance audits, Management requests and Follow up audits.
Profile:
- University education;
- Have good communication skills, be good at (establishing) relations;
- Straight back, strong personality (able to bring negative messages and handle push back);
- Independent (self-supporting), be able to manage small teams;
- Be interested in the business;
- Good business English writing skills;
- 3 to 4 years experience within Big4;
- Preferably Dutch speakin.
