Job description
We are looking for a self-starting individual who has a strong background of the financial reporting, administration and filing processes to drive the further professionalization of the finance function in a growing international setting.
Job responsibilities
- Ownership of the AP (booking and payment of invoices) and AR (sending out correct and timely invoices, chasing outstanding invoices). We work with a SaaS solution (Twinfield)
- Tax filings (VAT, CIT, Employers withholder tax, etc)
- Produce monthly management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
- Manage annual budget (setting and tracking)
- Work with auditors for production of annual report
- Filing
- Wage payment / salary administration
- HR processes
Job requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an international company in a financial / general ledger function
- Independent and hands-on worker
- At least a bachelor degree (e.g. SPD / HEAO BE or AC)
- Prior successful experience in Dutch AR, AP, general ledger entries
- Strong accounting, analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable working with an international team
- Professional speaking and writing abilities in Dutch and English is a must
- Experience with Dutch Tax would be a plus
- Function is for fullt-time Ezwim can be flexible in working hours
- Well-organized, structured and punctual
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, positive, pro-active, flexible, solution-oriented work attitude
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
